Refunds for cancellations and returns
We will refund the customer within 30 days of a cancellation or return.
You may return any item within 7 days of receipt, but all returned merchandise must be in its original condition and be fit for resale including packaging. If the merchandise is not fit for resale, a charge will be deducted from the refund. Please make sure you obtain proof of carriage from the carrier. We advise all customers to ensure that insurance is taken out on any returned item as we cannot refund any item received that is damaged.
If the item is not faulty then we are not responsible for refunding the cost of postage to return.
In the event you receive faulty items, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. As above, please make sure you obtain proof of carriage from the carrier.
